M37 Seats

I am trying to find driver and passenger seats for my M37. My truck had a flat piece of 1/4 inch plywood and thats all. I would like to put original type back in. From what I have been told I can just make the passenger bottom seat but that the passenger back and the drivers were spring type. Any info would be appreciated.
