I took my 1942 WC22 1/2 ton to my mother's lake house last Saturday and it is hilly in places. My temp gauge never got over 180 degrees the whole trip which was 50 miles one way and temp outside was around 85 degrees. Oil pressure was also 40 lbs and speed was around 42 to 48 MPH.
