Instead of adding another radiator, why not put an electric "push" fan on the front of the radiator. The push from this fan coupled with the "pull" from the stock fan should get plenty of air through it. Might be a good idea to just yank the radiator and have it checked at the local shop. Maybe in need of a recore, etc.
