Been looking into this way too. Useing a dry sump oil pump to run the oil thru a remote filter then into a oil cooler and back into the pan. This way it would have nothing to do with oil to the system except cooling and filtering it. It would remove the oil at the drain plug and return it at the fill tube treaded port. If I could get the parts cheap I would like to do it. I could also tap the oil pan if it works good later. I have found new military electric oil pumps on eBay and other types. Just never heard of any one cooling there oil on a flat fender and I do live in a hot area with steep hills to pull. Mark H.
