Truer words were never spoken. Late last summer I started having trouble with my left arm. After 5 months of agony (I lost most of the use of my left hand and arm) I had surgery on my neck in January to remove 3 ruptured disks (from over-exertion and age). Despite the metal plates and screws it feels great now, but I sure wish I would have been smarter when I was young!
