If you still have the After-type- Transmission, then these are the measurements I used for my 56. Hood and cowl are in alignment when looking down the side of hood and cab.

Metal washers go next to cab, then upper insulator, metal bolt tubing, then rubber hose spacer, then lower insulator, then big flat washer, lock and self locking nut.

Front Upper 1.75H by 2.5D inches (2)
Rear Upper 1.5H by 2.5D inches (2)
Lower 1.5H inch by 2.5D inches (4)
Frame Spacer .5HX3/4D inch Rubber Hose (4)
Bolt Metal Tubing 11/16DX2.75L

Mine were the same as yours, and the transmission floor cover rested on top of the transmission wearing a circle in it. These measurements will get the floor cover about 3/8 to 1/2 above transmission top cover. Makes a BIG difference in sound.
