That switch looks like a after market one put on the dash not original. The hole is off center when it was drilled. It looks like a push pull one. Follow the wire and see where it goes. Hard to tell what it dose with out seeing where the wires go. You better start spraying PB Blaster up onto the window regulator and cowl vent parts to get them to come apart. You will have to unscrew it off the windsheild and then remove the 2 screws on the top of the dash and any part of the knob that may be left on the crank facing the seat so you can remove the regulator. The screws will be tight and probley rusted in place. Try not to strip or break them off. The wind sheild ones may break off so soak them first. Mark H.
