I just had to re think what I do for a living. It is a lot better now and I saved my place out of the deal. I just had to move to get my money out of the place to buy another one and pay the bills off. I think I did better moving, going from a 5 acre place to a 40 with a new home. The 5 was worth a lot more being in the right area after I bought it 9 years befor. That is what saved my butt! Just seems to take longer to save up for something instead of using payments to buy things with. Get a toy play with it for a while, sell it and get another one. Different program now. Mark H.
