I have never been able to come up with a current number that cross references to the old paint code. The numbers currently published in the popular Dodge Truck History books also do not cross over to any numbers that my local paint suppliers have on record. The suppliers have told me that it does not matter anyway because the paint formulas have changes so much over the past 50 years. That Dodge Truck Dark Green is a hard one to match as it has a lot of black and yellow in the mix giving it a distinct bronze hue rather than the blueish hues that most popular greens have. The suppliers told me the best method of matching is to take one of the original windshield wiper cover panels off and bring it in to them to match by trial and error mixing. It is kind of a craft and they are good at it. They also told me that if the original paint was applied over black primer (as all three of my Dodge Truck Dark Green painted trucks have been) that black primer should be used in the restoration in order to arrive at the correct final color.
