Sounds great to me. My '53 B3 never gets over 8 mpg, and usually 7! One of these years I am going to get serious about making it higher. All I've done is check timing and rebuild the carb, put in new plugs, wires, points, condenser, and then fiddle with the float level a couple times, with no effect either way. I somewhere got the idea (probably from this forum) that it could get 12. I am considering converting the distributor.
Any suggestions?
