My brother and I drove a 65 Power Wagon from northern Michigan to the rally. It was a two day trip, longest day about 400 miles.
We didn't mind going slow, and getting 12mpg, and filling up the leaky transfer case and crankcase every 100 miles, the madhouse south of Chicago... but the driving position is very uncomfortable, not to mention the racket that never goes away.
Anyway, neither of us could go more than 75 miles without getting spelled. So take along another driver.
