I used 20/30 Silica Sand 100 lb sacks and it took 800-1000 pounds just to do the cab, hood and fenders and about 8 hours. To do everything I must have used around 2500 pounds and with water you do not warp the metal it stays cool with a 3,200 lb 4.5 gals a min blast with the sand. I took it to bare and figured I must have 20 hours of blasting for the PW. Mark H.
