Nearly every Power-Wagon I have ever seen has been converted at one time or another to be more useful to its owner. The addition of factory options, dealer options, and owner modifications, all lend themselves to making a truck more useful for an intended purpose. These trucks were made to be modified. Snowplows, dump beds, pole derricks, locking differentials, PTO shafts...and now, even bigger engines and more speed.
There are some good ideas here if your purpose requires 80mph from your Power-Wagon. As far as the AC, once you reach 80, and crank open the windshield, you will have all of the AC you can handle! ;^)
