I found this ad locally and called the owner of these trucks. He gave his permission to post this information on this Forum, so feast your eyes on his ad: "1959 Dodge 800, 5-ton truck, hemi, runs; 1958 Dodge 800, 5-ton, hemi, doesn't run; 1959 Dodge W500, 21/2-ton, 4X4, 318, runs; 1958 Dodge W200, 3/4-ton, 440, doesn't run, extra 440; 1954 Chrysler New Yorker, hemi, doesn't run. 307-875-3644."

The owner is Dan Walsh and has a good reputation according to Herb Price, his former boss and retired manager of the TexasGulf trona mine. I've known Herb for many years, and he calls things as they are.

More information on these vehicles: the asking price for the W500 is $1000, the asking price for the W200 is $750 (and this has the 4 speed transmission), the asking price for both of the 5-ton trucks together is $2000 (he doesn't want to separate them) and the asking price for the New Yorker is $250. One of the 5-tons has tandem axles and the other 5-ton has a single rear axle. Both of the 5-tons have Clark 5-speeds with 3-speed Brownings. According to Herb Price, who has looked at these trucks, the 5-tons have the correct 354ci hemi's, not 392's. If anyone is seriously interested in these trucks, let me know and I may be able to run over there to get some pictures for you. They are less than 40 miles from me.

Sorry for the long post, but I just had to let you folks know about these trucks.
