I can't say anything about the engine numbers. The other tag appears to be a body tag. They are decoded as follows. The first two numbers is the year of manufacture. The 2nd two numbers is the model number and the numbers after the dash is the body number. It appears that your cab was built in 1943 which may indicate that you do not have the original cab. The 12 is the model number which I am not sure what model a 12 is. Someone will be able to tell you on this forum. The last numbers 4725 indicates that it was the 4725th one made in that model line.
Neither engine appears to be the original.
