actually if you read the earlier posts you'll: 1. you'd see why i'm pissed 2. realize that i was extremely nice to them, even after they waited 45 minutes to even tell me. 3. have worked with them and the insurance to settle this. and have gotten very little cooperation from the start.
i do not want to fight anyone on this, but i will if i need to. i think you'd also feel different if it was your truck AND your daily driver i don't have another dependable vehicle. it's simple. THEY CRASHED IT, THEY SHOULD PAY FOR IT. and small claims? i don't think they'll let it get that far, but if it does go,i've got plenty of witnesses and documentation, before and after. i'm ready, and i'll win. and enough on that. i'm not upset anyone on the forum for their comments/opinions, and i DO appreciate the support from everyone, so, thank you everyone, you continue to show me what a great group you all are.
