So most have never seen the three-point hitch attachment or PTO devices other than the ones shown in the promo film footage, those are real and they are actually working
or is that just our imagination ?
You said it had no tires which I'm sure was a mistake on your part but, as far as traction goes you either have never seen the promo film , forgotten what it said or are just plain making false statements ! Do you not remember that it has a knob that causes downward pressure on the 3-point hitch
of 500lbs. + whatever you've added to the bed ? Tires !? a pointless statement.
The possible reason you see so few 3-point hitches + attachments is, They were just too expensive for the small guy and only the large ranching and farming outfits (like the ones in the promo film)could afford them. It is the same with the PW itself which cost about as much as a cadillac when new. Usually the better quality a new item is, the more it cost which limited those that could afford them ,especially back then. Or possibly not everyone had the insight to know a good thing when they saw it ?
