unless you can qualify - age, etc. to rent a
car on your own then probably you will get the $20 to $25 per day (or what ever the insurance company is charged by the rental car company) as an allowance rather than
a car. has nothing to do with the intentions
of the insurance company or the tire store.
has to do with the Policies of all rental car company.
one other note:
if you had a flat fender the building would have suffered the damage not the truck
