Its kind of like a restaraunt. Mistakes are going to happen, water will be spilled on people, etc. What IS important is what they do to correct the problem that determines if they lose a good customer or not.

If I owned the Tire Franchise and found out that I was losing a good customer because my insurance carrier was trying to screw them, I would be pissed. They are paying a lot of liability insurance to cover these accidents. If the Tire store really is concerned with you, they would call there agent and give them an ear full.

They don't just lose one customer over this, there are those of us out here that will remember the outcome of this when we chose our tire service provider.

If that doen't work, then a letter to the National Tire shop headquarters might be in order. This isn't your fault.
