When I drop the vehicle off I tell them I want the lugs torqued to factory specs. When I pick up I ask the guy who did the work if he did. If yes, I pull out a standard size 1/2" rachet, extension, and socket and tell him to break a few loose. The 2 times I did this they had to put it back on the rack. One Manager thanked me, said he never laughed so hard seeing the kid straining trying to break them loose. Try it.
