i went down to have the tires rotated today on my Ram and had just finished talking to the salesmen and sat down when i heard a loud !!BANG!! i thought maybe it was them pulling my truck onto the ramps, because they're kinda loud. well after a minute they got my truck pulled into the bay and it sat there for a few minutes as i talked to the guy sitting next to me. well they'd pulled the truck into the bay right next to the window where i was sitting so i could see it very well. well, i looked out and there was a strange red mark on my truck. i though maybe its a reflection, then OH NO! someone hit me in the parking lot! but then come to find out THE GUY PULLING IT IN RAN IT INTO THE WALL!! he mashed my fender, bumper, light bezel, grill shell, wheel well trim, t-signal trim and crumpled the fender....BAD. then to top it all they didn't even tell me anything about it until 45 minutes later, meanwhile i'm just sitting there wondering what the hell. and trying to figure out who's in charge. finally the manager just came and took my info because by that time he figured i knew what had happened anyway. so i went and got estimates....$1600 !!! ouch! they just bought me the new parts i wanted! plus they have to pay for a rental car! oooooohhhh what a bad day at work for that guy! we'll see either tomorrow or monday if their insurance will even pay what the body shop estimated, so everyone keep your fingers crossed!
