Robert, I wouldn't get in too much of a hurry to buy something that has lots of rust and missing parts - that is if you have any idea of restoring it. While you can find most parts, they can be quite expensive. Furthermore, if there is much rust, it could be a lot of work.
My PW is a lot of work but there is vertually no rust except for behind the seat on the floorboards.
