Thought about that too. When I used a paper templet I had problems with it moving and if you cut it wrong you have to start over again which I did a few times befor I got it right. I made mine out of card board first and fitted it in place to check. I was thinking that with my hard copy plastic one I could mark, drill and cut out the copy off of it since I know it fits right. The trick is cutting the front peice to fit the curves above the wind sheild. Then use your metal trim to mark the holes for drilling. Then buy a 4X8 sheet and cut it in haft and cut that design on one end. Use your metal trim to mark the holes out on the edge. Screw it in place tempory inside the cab and push it in place to fit and draw a line on the cab where the bottom of the plastic ends up on the rear. Then take it back out again measure up from the line on the cab to the holes for the rear window trim. Use your rear window trim for your templet and just center the trim on the on the plastic and mark all the holes out and mark the inside hole for the window a little smaller than the trim ring. Use a Jig Saw with a fine metal blade to cut the plastic with. Then you can spray the adhesive on the plastic smooth side and lay the material on it and smooth it out. Cut the material larger and turn it over and streck and fold it to the back and glue it also this makes a nice edge. When you haft to make a hole thru the material later use a awl or you will wind up the cloth with the drill and have to start over again. I used the awl to line up the trim and plastic with the original holes to start the screws with. The first screw is the hard one if you do it by yourself. It would be a lot easier to install if you had two people to hold it up while you put a few screws in to start. Mark H.
