What does '7' mean?

I'm a Dodge man (67 W300), but also an old Willys Jeep man (1960 CJ5). In the classified adds in the recent issue of "Military Vehicles" magazine, I came across a notation I've never seen before. There are two separate adds for WWII Jeeps which include this notation. One says "All '7' parts". The other says "All '7' parts no repro parts". I've seen hundreds of Jeep adds over the last 15 years, but I've never seen this reference to '7' parts. Does anyone know what this '7' is supposed to mean? Thanks.
