looking for flathead engine for wm300

I am looking for a flathead engine for a '54 wm300. Either the stock version or the later version would work.

I have an engine in the WM that has not been run in 15 years and has been in a barn with the spark plugs missing.

I haven't tried yet, but I'm assuming that it is pretty well locked up.

Any leads??
