True, but if a fuse blows, there's a reason, and on a vehicle that usually means a wire has gotten the insulation pinched or rubbed through somewhere and it's intermittently shorting out. It might work after you change the fuse but then the next time the bare wire hits whatever it was shorting against, there goes the fuse again. It can be very frustrating.

If the fuses are all good, I would try just wiggling all the connectors and wires you can grab up under the dash until you find something intermittent. If that doesn't find it, do the same thing under the hood.
