Not sure on the bearing since they are new ones not rebuilt. I will go for the late one then unless I can tell if the early one has the new bearings in it. The wife realy likes the truck and I can't beleive she is still backing me on it. I know I like the truck and I just finished painting the shroud for the radiator. It seems it was a new one and did not have any paint or marks from being bolted up befor. Figured I might as well put it on since I had to pull the pump to replace it. This is the last thing on the outside to do then the head liner will wrap it up. Thanks, Mark H.
