Don't forget the crooks who take the law into their own hands and justify forging&washing,also all the outlaws who have no haul insurance, lying on title applications, selling without titles to make a extra buck, especially on the internet on egouge, you never hear the truth because nobody(hardly ever) stands up for it on this forum, someday the internet sale of hot&washed trucks from state to state will be regulated, as well as websites that list trucks for sale with no titles like this one does. Until then keep telling yourself it is ok to do as you please, it is about the money right?
