O.T. Timing a 3.0 L Engine

I'm in the middle of changing the oil pump on a '90 Dodge Caravan with the 3.0 liter engine and I'm at the point where you stall the timing belt around the crankshaft sprocket, the cam sprockets, water pump, and the tensioner. My question is; Do the cams rotate one time for every two that the crankshaft turns? Thanks, Robert
