Matt:
Crew cab WDX/WM300 PW's were aftermarket conversions by speciality body companies such as Amrbruster, long out of business. None were made by Dodge. The ones I've seen kept the 126" wheelbase and shortened the bed to fit the extended cab. They're useful if you have more people than goods to haul, but are very rare. Perhaps 5 or so have surfaced in the last 20 years. You could also adopt a crew cab conversion from a 1941-47 "W" series two wheel drive truck, but those cabs have become equally difficult to find in decent shape. Good luck with your search.
