I used a car dolly and a 1/2 ton pickup truck to haul my 1950
Power Wagon home. It was about a 75 mile trip. I aired down the
tires on the PW so that I could get the straps on and tightened
down and I took it pretty easy on corners and stops but drove
45mph pretty much all the way with no problems. I did not disconnect
the driveline. I had to do a little fibbing to the rental place
as they would not have approved of hauling such a heavy vehicle
with their whimpy dolly and a 1/2 ton truck.
