The reason for one door lock on the passenger side is that it used to be against the law to exit from the drivers side when parking on a street thus they just put one lock on the passenger door, this is also true of cars and trucks other than the dodges in the 40's of which some carried over into the early 50"s. but dodge continued well into the 60's on the old style powerwagons.
The leather seat cover as well as a asdjustable seat ride was offered in the wdx models ( I don't know about the other ones) And as far as I know they were not available for the wm300's.

The fog lights I believe were just offered as an option , as well as the winch etc., the arm rests for both doors and sunvisors may have been included in the deluxe cab as well as a dome light, and possibly the heater, but cannot confirm this.
