My father-in-law just bought a '46 wdx, was built in Detroit according to the serial #, and has a black headliner and belive it or not, a real leather seat, plus all the other "Delux" cab options including a pencil sharpener mounted right on the glove box door and a hornet's nest above the drivers door. Although these last two options were not probably not installed at the factory. It appears that the pencil sharpener was originally installed below the T-handle for drivers use (which probably explains the aftermarket front bumper) but was later relocated for passenger use. The only reason I can think of for the hornets nest is that the previous owner did'nt drink coffee in the morning and needed a "wake-up", which also might explain the aftermarket front bumper.
