Put the truck in a heated garage for a few hours and let it warm up. Take the gas line loose at the carb and blow some air in the tank to blow the crap and any moistue out of the gas line. The plugs might be soaked so pull them and put them on top of the wood stove for a spell. After evrything is warmed up you should be back on the road. Get a battery blanket heater and make sure to use some Heat or other brand gasline deicer.
