Ray, My 54 PW wieghs about 5700lbs. I have 12,000 lb GVW trailer with brakes on Both axels 8 hole wheels with 235/85/16 tires Remember the gross trailer rating must include the weight of the trailer and the weight of what you haul. A 7500lb traailer is WAY to light to haul a PW. I use my 1997 Dodge Diesel 4x4 w/5sp trans it works great. Also if you buy a goood trailer and tow vehilce , learn the word no to all those CHEAP people that borrow and break
