Value and price are very subjective. Of course any truck is worth what someone is willing to pay for it. A running, driving, unrestored truck of this vintage is usually worth any where from $1,500 to $3,500 or more. Yours is more difficult to price and somewhat less valuable, because most people are looking for a light-duty truck with a pick-up bed. Dump beds and flat beds are not as desireable to restore. Most folks looking to buy a dump would be wanting to work it rather than restore, and are less likely to pay much.
I however, prefer the medium and heavy duty trucks. so it's subjective. Let us know if you decide to sell.
