I have a '56 C4 and it did come with the remnants of a single tail light which was most probably OEM. The metal part is complete less the plastic lenses which have long since gone on to their reward. I know that Dodge was willing to supply a dual tial light setup for turn signal equipped trucks of this vintage and a picture of these lights should be in the parts manual. There were also fender-mounted flashers for this setup, however, the standard equipment was a single tail light with dual filament bulb and a license plate window.
