Sounds like either a seal has gone, or you have the adjustment on the rod too far one way or the other. Either way a new master cylinder is a good investment, and make sure you back off the pushrod to get full travle on the cylinder. I'd give some thought to replacing all five cylinders, all hoses, all lines. I've had a command car with tired brakes for ten years now, sometime soon I'm going to pull off all the cylinders, lines, and hoses to replace the lot. Gordon
