I had a tool for the diff cap made from a piece of
suitable sized pipe with the ears cut to fit in the slots
in the cap and 3/4 holes bored through both
sides so that you can use a steel bar for a T handle.
The pinion retaining nut tool can be made from
1/4 flat stock 1" wide by grinding or cutting ears
on each end to fit the notch in the nut and making a 1/2"
square hole in the center for a breaker bar or impact
wrench use. Hope this helps. I don't know of a
source for original tools.
