Handles are tough to find. Vintage Power Wagon has rebuilt regulators that are costly, but seem to work well. My '48 came with rear shock mounts (although I am not sure that shocks do a whole lot unless you carry a pretty good load.
The upper mounts bolt to the inside of the chassis. The lower mounts are an integral part of the spring u-bolt pad. Availability? I really do not know, but I would guess that they are a bit scarce.
