: I am the owner of a '52 M-37, and know that my truck and the Power-Wagon share many similarities. I would like to know if anyone out there who has researched this can tell me exactly what differences there are between the 2 (other than the shorter wheel-base, body-styling, and in the early 60's, the diferent engines) I am just currious.

There are a few other differences -
The wheel base is shorter and norrower
The engines are the same as the civilian 231 cubic inch
Canadian M-37 had 251 cubic inch engines and full syncro transmissions
The fuel and brake systems were vented into the intake elbow so that
when fording water would not get into the various systems
M-37 have rear shock absorbers and this option was an option for later model civilian
power wagons.
