Can anybody give me advice on the proper way to remove
the big bronze gear from the end of the steering shaft
on PW. The gear has some pretty major pitting from
water in the steering box. I have a good one but due to
recent bad experiences in dismantling parts I have been
reluctant to do this. The good gear is on a shaft that
I ruined trying to pull steering wheel-any body been
there before? Appreciate any info.
