When I start my M-37, the starter barely turns over
the engine at first, then slowly builds speed. Has
anybody elese had this problem?
Both of my batteries and all of my battery cables are
new. The ground is good.
Does anybody know if (a) the starters are easily
rebuildable & (b) if rebuild kits are available?
