M-37 with 16.5in. wheels?

I recently aquired a M-37 and have no idea how to tell what
year it is. Can anyone help me? Also, has anyone ever heard of
an M-37 with 16.5 inch rims? I didn't think they existed
but that is what is on this truck. The rims look identical
to the ones on my 1949 B-1 but have 16.5 inch tires on them!
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
